Skyreach takes Skyjack

Australian access rental company Skyreach has taken delivery of its first 63ft Skyjack SJ63AJ articulating rough terrain boom lift.

The SJ 63AJ has a working height of 21.2 metres, and offers up and over clearance of 8.4 metres with up to 12.2 metres of outreach. The open centre/over centre sigma type riser provides a stowed height of 2.54 metres as well as below ground reach. Overall machine weight is 9.6 tonnes, allowing two units to be carried on a standard 20 tonne trailer.

Skyreach’s managing director Rod Leech, said: “This is a very versatile knuckle boom lift which has very broad appeal. The platform height of 19.38m is right in the sweet spot demanded by maintenance and construction contractors.”
