Two men in a bucket hardly the most efficient method for work at height

Clearly the lack of a proper platform and edge protection, not to mention the fact that they are relying on the operator to move them safely and its easy to see how dangerous this practice is. But it is also grossly inefficient, in that it ties up three people and requires relocation of the base machine every time – they need to move, something that is both time consuming and places the two bucket riders in jeopardy.
