Ramirent buys Alimak-Hek Polska

Ramirent S.A, the Polish wholly-owned subsidiary of Ramirent Plc of Helsinki, Finland, has agreed to purchase the rental business of Alimak Hek Polska Sp.z o.o. The deal includes all contracts and rental assets.

Alimak Hek Polska is estimated have annual revenues of around one million euros. It is a subsidiary of the Alimak Hek Group AB, the
Swedish/Dutch mast climbing and hoist manufacturer

Through the acquisition, Ramirent Poland will expand its product range
and increases its share of the mast climbing market. The acquisition also gives Ramirent immediate access to q number of interesting long-term projects in Poland.
