Wiesbauer takes HK65
German crane rental company Wiesbauer has taken delivery of a 65 tonne Tadano Faun HK65 truck mounted crane.
The HK65 features a 41 metre main boom and a 15.8 metre swing-away extension which provides a maximum tip height of 58 metres. Mounted on a 32 tonne commercial chassis with axle loadings of up to 9.5 tonnes, it can also carryall of its counterweight, a 12.5 tonne hook block and up to 750kg of slinging. The company said its compact design and fast chassis make it an ideal taxi crane.
Founded in 1948, the Bietigheim-Bissingen based company runs a fleet of 60 cranes including mobile and crawler cranes up to 750 tonnes. It also provides heavy haulage services.
