A Brighton Prayer
Spotted in Brighton, UK yesterday two men working on a narrow ledge over three metres above a set of concrete steps.

Hi-Viz vests but no equipment for safe working at height
They could easily have slipped off the ledge to their possible death. Perhaps those hi-viz vests incorporate an air bag? It certainly looks like these two have got their priorities wrong when it comes to safety equipment. No wonder they are on their knees.
