New general manager for Haulotte UK

Haulotte has appointed Mick Evans general manager of its UK distribution operation, and announced a number of new sales and service appointments.

Evans joins the access industry from the automotive and safety sector, having most recently worked with Arco Safety equipment, where he was a regional manager. He also spent 12 years with Ford Motor company as a national account manager, having begun his career with Cummins UK, where he was HR manager.

Mick Evans

In his new role he will lead the commercial strategy for Haulotte in the UK and report to Stephane Hubert, head of Haulotte’s European operations. At the same time the company has appointed Neil Robinson as UK service manager. He will be responsibile for field service staff as well as the spare parts, warranty and workshop activity all based at Haulotte UK headquarters in Telford.

On the commercial side Ged Kelly assumes responsibility for northern England and Scotland, while Ian Whittle joins the company to handle southern England and Ireland.
