Board changes at Ramirent
Ramirent’s largest shareholders Nordstjernan and Oy Julius Tallberg, who jointly hold 40 percent of the company’s equity, have proposed two new main board directors, following the retirement of three current directors at the next Annual General Meeting.
The seven man board of directors will include current members -Kevin Appleton, Kaj-Gustaf Bergh, Ulf Lundahl, Mats O Paulsson, and Susanna Renlund who will all be re-elected, along with the two new members Anette Frumerie and Tobias Lönnevall. At the same time Peter Hofvenstam, ex chief executive Erkki Norvio and Gry Hege Sølsnes will all step down.
Frumerie is chief executive of Besqab, a Swedish real estate developer. She has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction sector through senior positions at contractors Skanska, (including a spell as region manager for its Foreign Markets division) and J.M.

Anette Frumerie
Lönnevall has been an investment manager and member of the rental team at Nordstjernan since 2009. He was previously with NH Logistics, Landic Property and a management consultant at Accenture . His experience includes business development, finance and mergers & acquisitions.
