Neff appoints COO

US rental company Neff has promoted Westley Parks to chief operating officer.

In his new role he assumes responsibility for overseeing day-to-day field operations and ensuring company strategies are carried out across the business while improving customer service.

Parks has been regional vice president for the Atlantic region for the past 17 years. In that position, he was responsible for overseeing the operations of 18 branches in four states and Washington DC.
