Summit speakers confirmed

IPAF has confirmed the list of speakers at this year’s Summit in Washington DC on 26th March.

Frank Nerenhausen of JLG will be the lead speaker and will discuss emerging technologies and their potential application in the access industry in his presentation ‘Gimmicks or the next reality’. Other speaker will include Jordan Barab, deputy assistant secretary of labor and second in command at OSHA, Riwal chief executive Norty Turner, Industrial Access (Romania) chief executive Stefan Ponea, Up Makine marketing & sales manager Sibel Aygül as well as Audrey Coutant and Joanne Ulnick of Ducker Research.

Jordan Barab

Focusing on how technologies, old and new, will change the face of the access industry in the next five to 10 years, other topics will include IPAF’s Smart PAL card, the impact of new legislation and standards, eLearning and how to prevent fatal injuries when working near power lines.
