A viable push around lift?

The hottest new product at this weeks Hire show was, without a doubt, the Pop Up from NSG.
This tiny push around scissor lift, offers an overall width of only 700mm a platform height of 1.63 metres, A gross vehicle weight of 270kg, an overall length of only 1.13 metres and a platform capacity of 240kg. It offers a strong alternative to podium steps or small towers.

The Pop up 3.63 m working height scissor

With a list price of £3,500 it can be discounted to well under £3,000 for volume orders, it looks about right for internal fits outs and other internal work.
The battery power unit offers well over 350 lift cycles with maximum capacity.

The company says that it has sold 100 units already, with Sam hire ordering 10 units at the show, joining Speedy, Clements and Hire station all of whom have already placed orders.
