Range of Unic spiders for Høyde
Oslo based construction equipment rental company Høydespesialisten has taken delivery of four Unic spider cranes for its fleet.
Purchased through the Unic distributor in Norway - Knutsen Maskin - the order comprises of a 995kg URW-094, a 2.9 tonne URW-295, a 2.9 tonne URW-376 and a three tonne URW506 spider lift. Supplied with radio remote controls, the new cranes are all fitted with diesel engines/400 volt electric motors, except for the URM-094 which is powered by a petrol /LPG engine.
Knutsen Masking said: “Høydespesialisten purchased these cranes because of the increased demand and because they want to have their own machines to rent out. The market for mini spider cranes is dramatically increasing in Norway and we have literally seen an explosion in interest over the last four years or so.”
