Jan Denks leaves Bronto

Jan Denks, former sales director of Bronto Skylift is leaving the company to pursue other interests.

Denks joined Bronto as a regional sales manager in 1998 based at its Finnish headquarters, and then in 2005 he was promoted to the role of sales director access, helping build the company’s sales and distribution network for its ‘Industrial’ or non-fire service platforms. During his time the company went built a dominant position in a number of sectors within the large truck mounted lift market.

In January of this year he took up a new role within Bronto, moving into purchasing and supply chain management as director of sourcing. See New Sales Director at Bronto

At this point we do not know what his career plans are, or if he even has anything lined up, but will update this article when we have more information.

Vertikal Comment

This is a week of major people changes in the crane and access industry, at one time this particular news would have been very surprising, but Denks has not been involved with the public side of the company for the past year or so. It will be very interesting to see if he remains in the access business.
