Manitowoc appointments
Long time Grove employee, Ted Bratthauar has been promoted to the position of vice president purchasing for Manitowoc Crane Group in the Americas. In his new position, Bratthauar will report to John Wheeler, executive vice president for the Americas, and will take charge of all strategic and tactical procurement for the company’s manufacturing plants in the region.

Ted Bratthauer
Bratthauer has served in a number of management positions within Grove and more recently the Manitowoc group, including materials and procurement, customer support and sales and marketing. Most recently he served as general manager of National Crane where he oversaw the move of the business from Nebraska to Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.
David Hardin has joined Manitowoc Crane Care as general manager of remanufacturing Operations. Taking over from Ron Schumacher, who is retiring after 20 years in the business. Schumacher will remain the company as a consultant.

David Hardin
Hardin will be based at Manitowoc Crane Care’s remanufacturing operation in Bauxite, Arkansas, overseeing lattice and hydraulic crane rebuilds, component repair, reconditioning programs, used parts and component rebuild, and exchange activities. He will report to Scott Alexander, general manager of Manitowoc Crane Care Americas,
