Six further LR1300 for Bhoir
Indian crane, shipyard and offshore company the Bhoir Group has ordered six new 300 tonne Liebherr LR1300SX crawler cranes.
The cranes can be rigged with up to 98 metres of main boom, a luffing jib of up to 113 metres, with a maximum system length of 172 metres, made up of 59 metres of boom and the full 113 metres of jib.
Alternatively if rigged with the derrick mast it offers a main boom of up to 119 metres and a maximum combination of 199 metres made up of 86 metres of main boom and the full 113 metre jib. The company has taken three sets of derrick equipment for the six cranes.
Based in Mumbai the Bhoir Group operates four divisions, Offshore, Dredging, Shipyard and Crane rental. The company said “We find the LR 1300 SX as a versatile machine which can be used in power, cement, steel plants and refineries. We are very happy with the timely service provided by the Liebherr team. Our clients too prefer the LR 1300 SX due to its high reach and load capacity”.
