New VP sales for Hiab

Hiab has appointed Sebastian Poccard as senior vice president, sales and markets, effective February 10th.

In this new role he will lead the company’s sales and services operations, developing dealer management relations and related structure. He takes over from Carl Gustaf Göransson, He will report to Hiab president Roland Sundén.

Poccard joins Hiab from Husqvarna, where he was vice president of the consumer brands division, in all he spent almost 15 years with Husqvarna, starting as managing director of the UK business in 2000, moving to Husvarna France as president four years later. It was back to his old job in the UK, along with the additional responsibility of regional manager for Ireland, and the Netherlands. In 2010 he became vice president sales for Husqvarna Construction for all regions outside of the Americas.
