New director for Cramo
Finnish international rental company Cramo is appointing Perttu Louhiluoto as a new non-executive director
Cramo is proposing to change the number of directors on its board to seven with the following members standing for re-election at the next annual general meeting in March: Helene Biström, Peter Nilsson, Joakim Rubin, Raimo Seppänen, Erkki Stenberg and Caroline Sundewall. Perttu Louhiluoto will join the company as a non-executive director, while current board members Leif Boström and Eino Halonen will step down.
Perttu Louhiluoto, 52, is currently president of the business area Services within Metso corporation. Where he has worked since 2008. Prior to that he spent around 17 years with consultants McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner from 2000 to 2008. He is also a non executive director at Componenta.

The company has also set directors remuneration at $35,000 a year, 50 percent of which will be paid in Cramo shares, plus €1,000 per meeting.
