Bluelift acquisition confirmed - Updated
Ruthmann has confirmed that it has acquired a 60 percent stake in the Marti Group, the owner of Italian spider and truck mounted lift manufacturer Bluelift/Ram.
As we reported on Monday, Ruthmann had placed a 26 metre Bluelift spider lift on its stand indicating the deal was complete. The deal sees the Bluelift and Ruthmann distribution network continue unchanged apart from Germany and Austria where Ruthmann will take over from distributor Rothlehner effective immediately. Ruthmann is branding the Bluelift 3.5 tonne truck mounts (previously Ram) as Ruthmann Ecoline and the Ram brand ceases to exist. The spider platfoms are to be known as Ruthmann Bluelift.
