Youngman Open Logistics and Training Centre in Scotland

Youngman, suppliers of light access and safety equipment has opened its new logistics and training centre in Glasgow.

The facility which includes offices, warehouse and a new training centre covers 13,500 square feet and is sited on the Cambuslang Investment Park located eight miles south of Glasgow centre and close to the M74 motorway.

The new location represents a major investment for Youngman, acquired from SGB in October 2005 and still in its first year under the control of its four-strong management team.

Paul Bentley, managing director commented “Scotland is an important area for our business and by investing in better facilities we can not only meet our customer’s expectations for supply but also provide added value”.
