New facility for Hovago
Dutch international crane sales and rental company Hovago Cranes has purchased a 3.2 acre/1.3 hectare building plot at the Dordtse Kil III business park on the south side of Dordrecht, where it will build a new state of the art headquarters facility.
Construction is due to start in October on the environmentally friendly facility, with completion due in May 2019. The company is currently located in Galvanistraat, Dordrecht and will move its headquarters to the new site which will also provide more space for its sales stock and rental fleet. The construction will be managed by Hovago parent company ProDelta’s property division – ProDelta Real Estate.
Hovago was established in1946 and has been active internationally for 70 years, the move was necessitated by the need for more space to handle the expanding business. The new complex, will include two symmetrical office areas with industrial units with 1,440 square metres of warehousing and workshops, as well as hard standing yard space.
