Rami snaps up two little ones

Ramirent has added two small local rental companies to its empire. In Sweden it has acquired Mavex, which specialises in rental and service of lifts and hoists.

The company, which is based in Skellefteå, northern Sweden, employs three staff who will remain in the company.

In Finland Rami has added the personnel lift rental business of Lainaväline HS Oy, including the businesses of sister companies Lainaväline NKP and VIP-Lift.

Lainaväline rents Self propelled, trailer and truck mounted Booms, scissors and vertikal push around lifts from four outlets in Tampere, Turku, Vantaa and Oulu. It has 15 employees all of whom will remain with the company which will be incorporated into Ramirent Finland.
