Oshkosh appoints new President at JLG

Having completed its acquisition of JLG yesterday, Oshkosh has appointed Charles L. Szews its executive vice president and chief financial officer, as the interim president of JLG.

Szews will lead the integration of JLG into Oshkosh, he will also continue to act in his current capacity as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Oshkosh Truck.

The Company expects that the following executives will stay with the company:

Craig Paylor, senior vice president of sales and marketing.

Peter L. Bonafede, senior vice president of manufacturing and
supply chain management.

Wayne P. MacDonald, senior vice president of engineering.

Adittionally no changes are expected to the International management and operations at JLG, which are likely to prove to be a major asset to Oshkosh.

Robert G. Bohn chairman, president and CEO of Oshkosh said:
