10 Haulottes for HMT

Swiss access rental company HMT has moved to a new facility in its hometown of Kölliken, near Aarau and taken delivery of 10 new Haulotte machines, including aerial lifts.

The Haulotte delivery includes 20ft Star 8S vertical mast type platforms, 10 metre Star 10AC mast booms, 20ft Optimum 8 slab electric scissor lifts, and 42ft HA15IP and 44ft H16TPX boom lifts. The new facility is around 1,400 square metres larger than the company’s previous base, in order to allow for further expansion to meet a growth in demand for its work platforms.

Deputy managing director Fabienne Allenbach said: “The new facility will enable us to serve customers more effectively, faster and with the latest equipment.”

HMT runs a fleet of 120 machines, which are mainly rented in the German speaking region of Switzerland in and around the greater Aarau area. The fleet includes scissor lifts, boom lifts, mast booms, spider lifts and truck mounted platforms.
