Rental software company Point of Rental has appointed Ben Sinclair as customer success manager for the Asia/Pacific region, as part of the team based in Melbourne, Victoria.
Sinclair has been a non-executive director of the company for the past two and a half years and joins the company from site cabin and fencing rental company Aim Site Hire, where he was business development director, having joined the business in 2014. He started out as site foreman with contractor Hacer group and more recently has served as vice president and president of the Hire and Rental Association Victoria.
Point of Rental’s chief executive Wayne Harris said: “Ben is a great example of what a Pointer is. He’s very knowledgeable about hire processes, he pursues innovative solutions, and he cares about the people and businesses in this industry.”
Sinclair added: “I have always been interested in the process of equipment hire and the technology behind it. I am excited to join Point of Rental, a company that shares that passion, and to help hire businesses throughout the Pacific region become more efficient and flexible.”
