Name change for Dino

Dino Lift has made a subtle name change effective as of this week, demerging the existing Dino Lift company into two new companies.

The new name of the operating company is Dinolift Oy (rather than Dino Lift Oy). At the same time the Dino Lift premises and real estate have been hived down into a separate company – Dino Premises Oy.

The company says that the division has been made in order to clarify its company structure.

The split will not have any affect on the company’s business activities, the validity of its contracts. The trademarks will also remain unchanged.
