New 16m truck mount from Movex

Spanish aerial lift manufacturer Talleres Vellila, which sells its aerial work platforms under the Movex branding, has launched a new 16.4 metre Movex telescopic truck mounted lift, the TLR16H+H.

The new 16.4 metre Movex TLR16H+H

The new platform, mounted on an Iveco 3.5 tonne 35s 3750 chassis, has a three section boom, and a bottom mounted fibreglass platform. The machine’s maximum outreach of 10 metres is available over the side or rear with a platform capacity of 80kg. The maximum platform capacity of 230kg is available at full height or up to six metres outreach, at seven metres outreach capacity is 200kg.

The overall length is 7.37 metres, overall width including wing mirrors is around 2.2 metres and overall height just over three metres. The outriggers are simple inclined jacks and set up within the wing mirror width of the machine. Controls are full hydraulic, and the company says that the machine is aimed at the self-drive rental market and has an attractive price level.

Mounted on an Iveco 35s chassis

The company has seen a strong pick up in sales this year and is building an all new manufacturing plant which will double the company’s production capacity. It is hoping to move in over the summer.
