Another Tat Hong jv in China

Tat Hong Holdings Ltd, the Singapore-based crane rental company has announced a new tower crane joint venture in China.

It is working with Beijing ZhongJian Zhenghe Construction Machinery to enter the Chinese tower crane rental sector.
The joint venture company, Shanghai Zheng He Tat Hong Construction Equipment Rental, will have an initial fleet of 39 tower cranes, 35 supplied by the Chinese partner.

Tat Hong will match this investment with four cranes plus cash. Total investment for both companies is 70 million renminbi.(£4.7 million). The new venture hopes to increase the fleet to 100 cranes over the next two years.

In September last year Tat Hong set up another crane hire joint venture business in China - Shanghai Tat Hong Equipment Rental Co. Ltd

The business combined Tat Hong International Pte Ltd, Tat Hong’s wholly owned subsidiary and Shanghai Zhao Mao Mechanical Engineering Co., Ltd, a company related to Fushun YongMao Construction Machinery Co., Ltd.
