Six Airo electric booms for Seeger

German access rental company Seeger has taken delivery of six 15 metre Airo A15JE battery powered articulated boom lifts. The machines were sold and delivered by Airo distributor Ommelift Germany.

The 15 metre A15JE offers an outreach of 8.9 outreach and a 230kg platform capacity. Weighing just under 7.5 tonnes, it has an overall width of 1.5 metres a length of 4.9 metres and is just under two metres high. Features include zero tailswing, 370 degrees slew and 180 degrees of platform rotation. Powered by full traction batteries for longer cycle times, the company also claims that their life expectancy is also on average of two years longer.

Seeger's owner Karlheinz Seeger said: “Reliability, stability and of course the unique technical parameters of these booms were decisive in our decision to order them. Our customers attach great importance to quality. With these new products and the supplier Ommelift, we can live up to this claim and look forward to the new additions.”
