Working together

Three crane rental companies from northern Germany have taken delivery of new Liebherr All Terrain cranes at the same time.

Sönke Jordt from Ratekau near Lubeck, and Bremen based Megalift each took delivery of 70 tonne LTM 1070-4.2 All Terrain cranes, while Schwarze ASC from Garbsen/Hanover took delivery of a 50 tonne Liebherr LTC 1050-3.1 city type All Terrain crane. The three companies opted to take delivery of the new cranes together based on the premise ‘Together – for the good of the customer’.

Schwarze managing director Nina Schwarze, said: “Good partnerships between crane rental companies are important and make life easier for proprietors and their dispatchers as national work is on the rise. We can only benefit from the experience of our colleagues. We even spent the evening together in Ehingen, discussing all sorts of topics from the demand for operators and licensing problems to compliance with working hours.”
