New COO and CFO for Morrow

US tower crane sales and rental company Morrow Equipment has promoted Peter Juhren to chief operating officer and Mark Beals as chief financial officer.

Juhren has worked with Morrow for most of his career which has spanned 40 years, having joined the company in October 1980 as a service technician trainee. He worked his way up through the company becoming district service manager and then in 1994 corporate service manager managing Morrow’s global service operations. He was appointed as vice president operations in 2015.

Juhren is also the incoming president of the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO), past chairman of the ASME B30.3 subcommittee on tower cranes and has served on the CDAC committee for crane safety with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing the management of the company going forward and working with the board of directors.

Peter Juhren

Beals, a 25 year Morrow veteran was previously controller having joined the business as accounting manager at the start of 1995, following a spell with auditing/accounting firm Deloitte. He was appointed controller in 2001. As chief financial officer, he will be responsible for the financial management of the company, managing growth and opportunities.
