25 Multitels for O.Mec
Multitel Pagliero has delivered 25 new truck mounted platforms to Italian sales and rental company O.Mec.
All mounted on 3.5 tonne chassis, the lifts include articulated and telescopic boom models with working heights from 16 to 25 metres, renewing and adding to a 70-unit strong fleet of 3.5 tonne platforms.
Based in of Ancona the company is part of the Bronzini group which includes the fabrication and installation of steel buildings and structures. O.Mec opened its rental division in 2000 and now runs an extensive fleet that includes platforms of all types, including boom and scissor lifts, spider lifts and low level lifts, as well as its truck mounted fleet, currently topped by a 65 metre machine, although it has a new 77.5 metre Multitel on order for delivery next summer. The company also runs a fleet of mobile cranes with capacities up to 400 tonnes, and telehandlers - both fixed frame and 360 degree models - topped by a 39 metre Magni. In total the rental fleet includes more than 1,100 units.
