Nationals for Sarens Canada
Sarens Canada has taken delivery of two 27.2 tonne National Crane NBT30H-2 boom trucks and a 50 tonne NBT55L ‘long-reach’ truck crane from local distributor Strongco.
The NBT30H-2 features a 36.2 metre four section main boom plus a 7.6 to 13.4 metre telescopic jib, to offer a maximum tip height of 49 .7 metres. The NBT55L features a 46 metre main boom plus an 11 metre offsettable lattice extension to provide a maximum tip height of 57 metres. Features include a hydraulic tilting cab, removable counterweight system and an internal anti-two block system.

The hand over

Sarens originally set up in Canada following the acquisition of Canada Crane Services in 2011. Based in Leduc, Alberta, it has expanded its presence over the years and currently operates from seven locations across the country.
