Terex to distribute Fassi

Terex Services - part of Terex Utilities/AWP - has been appointed as a full service dealer for Fassi products in the USA.

The appointment has been made through the Fassi importer for North America, Fascan International. Terex will provide maintenance, repair, and spare parts for Fassi products across all of its 19 branch locations in the US, while a number of locations will also sell and install installed Fassi cranes and attachments.

Terex director of service sales Nick Cammisa said: “We are pleased to partner with Fascan to be able to offer service support to Fascan customers. Fassi knuckleboom cranes are a great complement to utility fleets when performing both underground and above ground utility work. This agreement expands our ability to provide Terex customers with robust equipment and lifecycle solutions.”

“Terex Services personnel are trained for maintenance and repair of a variety of equipment. Our services include transfers and overhauls, annual inspections, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, cylinder repair, custom installations and many other services related to the utility equipment industry.”

Fascan chief executive Bernie Faloney added: “Fascan is really excited to have Terex Services as part of our Fassi family. Along with its 19 locations, Terex Services field service technicians offer Fassi users additional resources to assist them in keeping their wise investment in Fassi knuckleboom cranes running and profitable.”

Terex Services installs and provides full parts, maintenance and repair services for Terex Utilities equipment, Genie aerial work platforms and Load King cranes and similar equipment from any other manufacturer.
