Skyreach to offer Hy-Brid Lifts

US based aerial work platform manufacturer Custom Equipment/Hy-Brid Lifts has appointed rental company Skyreach Equipment as a distributor for the mid-Atlantic region of the USA.

Based in Harmans, Maryland, Skyreach offers a range of aerial work platforms, telehandlers, mini cranes and glass manipulators throughout Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Delaware and Pennsylvania, as well as used equipment and training.

It will now offer Hy-Brid Lift’s pro, push around and zero turn scissor lifts series for both sale or rental. As part of the deal the company has taken delivery of a batch of 19ft PS-1930 and 14ft PS-1430 scissor lifts into its fleet. The PS-1930 offers a working height of 7.6 metres and a platform capacity of 295kg, while the PS-1430 offers a working height of 6.1 metres and a platform capacity of 318kg.

The first new Hy-Brid Lifts to arrive with Skyreach

Skyreach vice president, Kevin Gray, said: “Hy-Brid Lifts was one of the first manufacturers of lightweight, compact scissor lifts. A lot of our customers work in unique applications that require low point loads, and that’s when we knew Hy-Brid Lifts would be the perfect addition. In fact, some of our contractors were asking for them by name.”
