Multitel adds Nordic dealer

Multitel Pagliero has appointed sales and service company Liftgruppen as its distributor for Sweden and Norway.

Part of Swedish and Norwegian fork truck sales and rental company Brubakken which dates back to 1956, Liftgruppen was set up as a separate division in 2019 to focus on the growing demand for sales, service and replacement parts for the aerial lift brands it represented. Earlier this year, the company separated the business into two national operations: Liftgruppen AB in Sweden and Liftgruppen AS in Norway. Based in Västra Frölunda, Liftgruppen AB handles JLG, Ommelift and GreenMech, while Liftgruppen AS handles JLG, Ommelift and Versalift from a location in Vestby. Both operations will add Multitel’s range of truck mounted platforms to their portfolios.

Roberto Marangoni, Multitel senior director of international sales, said: “We are very pleased for this further strategic expansion in these markets through a strong partnership with Liftgruppen. The two companies will explore together for new and interesting growth opportunities. Liftgruppen sales and service team will be shortly trained and they will be completely up to speed as from fall 2021.”
