Another crazy!

Sent in by a reader in California, a classic case of dangerous, stupid working at height.

A good example of selecting the wrong machine for the job, a cause of so many serious incidents and injuries.

We have seen many examples like this - using a forklift to extend the reach of an aerial work platform - so many in fact that it is hard to recall if we have seen this one before or not.

The practice is still far too common, someone had to think this was a good idea, while others had to go along with it. Crazy!
