German/Bavarian rental company Sanktjohanser Arbeitsbühnenverleih has become the latest company to join Partnerlift, the German association of independently owned rental companies.
The family-owned company has been in business for more than 40 years, and is based in Seefeld, southwest of Munich near the Pilsensee lake. It runs a fleet of truck mounted lifts to 35 metres as well as trailer lifts, spider lifts, scissors and boom lifts, alongside two other divisions covering industrial and local authority maintenance work.
Stefan Sanktjohanser, who runs the company with his brother Martin, said: "As a smaller rental company, membership in an association like Partnerlift was the next logical step for us. The fact that members sub rent to one another and pool their buying power ultimately convinced us to join. We strive hard to renew our rental fleet so that we are able to offer our customers good, technically up to date machines.”
Partnerlift chief executive Kai Schliephake added: "The Sanktjohanser family is likeable and down to earth at the same time fits very well into our network. Smaller rental companies certainly benefit the most from our membership programmes, but larger companies with fleets of more than 100 units also achieve an economic advantage through membership while benefiting from the network concept."
