Detailed specifications on the new crane are typically sparse, but we do know that it has a load moment of 15,000 tonne/metres with a maximum under hook height of 400 metres, although its free standing height is 92.5 metres. It can take 300 tonnes to a height of 300 metres and is designed to withstand Level 12 typhoon resistance in its full working condition. Maximum hoist speed is 31 metres a minute. A luffing jib can be added to the top of the crane as a support crane, and was installed for the launch ceremony, during which a 750 tonne test load was lifted,
