Another lineman fatality

A lineman with Georgia Right of Way died on Thursday while working from a vehicle mounted platform in Jasper County - south east of Atlanta, Georgia.

The man, Jesse Maxwell, 32, was working on the overhead power lines in order to restore power, following severe storms in the areas. It seems that a tree limb either fell and struck him, or as one report said - kicked back - as he was removing it. Either way he suffered severe head injuries and was declared dead at the scene.

He leaves behind a wife and four young children – a son, 11 and three younger daughters.
