Spotted in Copenhagen Denmark last month, a man slinging or de slinging a load of system scaffold beams next to a tower crane.
In words of our correspondent: Spotted this in the centre of Copenhagen yesterday, a slinger working at a height of about eight metres with no fall protection. It was on a site refurbishing an old building.”
It certainly looks a tad precarious, and not a great example of modern day work practices, although from what we can see the fall protection is only one of the health & safety issues and risks.
While it does not compare with many of other examples it does squeak into our Death Wish series.
