US rental company Herc Rentals has acquired Quality Rentals of Rosenberg, Texas - on the south west side of Huston - from the Faltysek family.
The company was established in 2002 by Nathan and Ed Faltysek. Today the company runs a fleet that includes aerial lifts - booms, scissor lifts and trailer lifts - along with telehandlers and general rental equipment. No details of the transaction have been released. We understand that the deal was agreed on July 18th.

In a post by the owners the Faltysek’s said: “Today marks a bittersweet day for the Quality Rentals family. For the past 21 years we have served our customers from Fort Bend County to Lavaca County to Brazoria County and beyond as Quality Rentals. Today we are excited to announce that Quality Rentals is now officially part of Herc Rentals. Our decision was made with the hopes of helping our customers to better meet their equipment needs with a larger corporation while still maintaining the small business feel.”

When you come in or call, you will still hear the same familiar voices and see the same smiles you are accustomed to, with the exception of seeing Nathan, Ed or Kera behind the counters.
