First electric Maeda for Aerial
French rental company Aerial Location has taken delivery of the first Maeda 2.82 tonne all electric MC285CB-3 Lithium spider cranes in France.
The units were purchased through European master distributor Kranlyft. The MC285CB-3 was
launched last year and is rated at 1.4 metres radius it features a five section 8.6 metre pentagonal shaped boom with full power sequential telescope. It can manage 150kg at its maximum radius of 8.2 metres or lift 550kg on full boom to a height of nine metres, or a radius of four metres with a height of eight metres.

Aerial ordered its units at JDL last year and are among the first to be delivered in Europe.
Based in Saint-Ouen-l'Aumône on the north west side of Paris, Aerial Location was established by Thierry Maignan in 2016. And now runs an extensive fleet that includes, spider cranes, 360 degree telehandlers and a wide range of aerial work platforms from its Isle de France location, and is opening a second location in Lyon.
