20 Magnis for Gerken

German rental company Gerken has added 20 units of Magni’s new RTH 5.18 - 18 metre/5,000kg 360 degree telehandler to its fleet.

The compact unit has a maximum lift height of 17.38 metres, a maximum lift capacity of five tonnes, the maximum forward reach is 14.25 metres, while it has 400 degrees of slew and is mounted on a three metre wheelbase chassis.

While being small and comparatively basic, the new machines have the latest software and in-cab displays, automatic attachment recognition and load chart integration, as well as the latest version of Magni’s highly rated pressurised cab, which now has a larger skylight, complete with two position sunblind, larger windscreen and a more slender steering column for improved visibility.

The Magni RTH 5.18

A new ‘Easy Access’ system makes it easier to get in and out of the cab, thanks to a slight offset between superstructure and chassis. The cab interiors have also been restyled, with improved panelling and a better quality of finish.
