Spohn + Burkhardt move into America

German crane cab and remote control manufacturer, Spohn + Burkhardt has opened a facility in Connecticut, North America.

The new location in Milford will house a sales team, customer service department, an inventory of parts and products and have a service and repair centre on site with further plans to establish a manufacturing facility in the coming months.

Chief executive Markus Seifert said: "We are thrilled to establish a direct presence in North America. This new division will enable us to provide our customers with enhanced support and local product service."
