International Platforms adds to sales team

UK based new and used aerial lift sales and refurbishment company International Platforms has recruited access industry veteran Gary Fleckney to its sales team. In his new role he will assist the company with expanding its sales network, both in the UK and overseas.

Gary Fleckney

He joins the company having sold his own business Liftright Access to Hirepro Holdings in 2022. He assisted the business on a part time transitionary basis, until Hirepro ran into financial difficulties earlier this year and consolidated its operations. He began his career in 1977 as an apprentice engineer with SKF, moving into the access industry and sales, when he joined Instant Zip-Up in 1984 as a regional manager. After 12 years with the company, he left for a strategic account job at JLG, a job he held until he acquired Liftright Access in 2011.

Luton born and bred he will continue to operate from the Bedfordshire area.
