He joins the company after five and a half years with the key account division of JCB Germany where he was customer service and after sales manager. Prior to that he spent 12 and a half years with Manitou Germany having joined the company in 2006 and becoming service platform manager before leaving for JCB in 2019.

Sales director Alexander Reisch said: "In view of our extensive product portfolio, which now includes over 180 models in the field of rigid frame and 360 degree telehandlers for both construction and agriculture as well as aerial work platforms, this is the next logical step to survive in this competitive market."
"The establishment and expansion of direct customer service, the availability of parts for rental companies and dealers and the availability of a close direct service network for end customers are prerequisites for a powerful sales structure. We have therefore decided to significantly expand our service department in order to be closer to the needs of our customers. One of the main goals is to further shorten the response time and to offer the entire range of services, such as full service. To achieve this goal, the number of service technicians and other customer service employees is to double in the next few months."
