Canadian aerial lift and telehandler manufacturer Skyjack has promoted its regional vice president of sales south, Matt Tavianini, to vice president of sales for all of North America.
Matt Tavianini

Tivianini has been with Skyjack for almost nine years, having joined the company in early 2016 as regional vice president for the Northeast, taking on his most recent role in 2020. He began his access related career in 1994 with Hertz Equipment Rental (now Herc) where he became a branch manager. He remained with the business for 12 years, leaving in 2006 for Volvo Rents where he was appointed mid Atlantic district manager. After three and a half years in the role he left to take up a job as regional sales manager at United Rentals, moving through the ranks to become a vice president of sales & marketing and then national strategic accounts before leaving for Skyjack in 2016.

President Charlie Patterson said: “At Skyjack, we pride ourselves on designing for the rental industry and Matt’s depth of experience within the rental industry brings a crucial perspective and understanding to our team. I’m looking forward to watching him succeed with his promotion.”

Tavianini added: “Quality, reliability, and being easy to do business with are the key hallmarks for our team at Skyjack. This transition is an opportunity to further our long term goals and maintain our hallmarks as we continue to grow. I’m sincerely looking forward to taking on this new role.”
