Hoeflon UK adds to sales team

Hoeflon UK has recruited Steve Bloomer to its sales and customer support team, where he will support sales manager Andy Cahill who joined the company last July.

Bloomer joins the company from Jekko crane distributor Foster cranes, where he has been sales manager compact cranes for the past year or two. He joined Fosters in 2019 as after sales manager while also handling sales along with Cahill who sales manager at the time. Crowland owned Hoeflon UK took over the distribution of Dutch built Hoeflon cranes from Fosters in July.

Speaking of the appointment Peter Issitt of Crowland group/Hoeflon UK said: “Steve Bloomer’s knowledge of the product range offered by Hoeflon is second to none and is a welcomed addition to the sales team.”

Crowland cranes is based in Peterborough and can trace its roots back to 1973. It is also official dealer of Ormig, Terex, Zoomlion and Manitowoc cranes. The company provides a full range of major crane repair, service, overhaul and rebuilds, while also offering more routine maintenance and repair services along with providing replacement parts.
