Pagliero expands

Truck mounted lift producer Multitel Pagliero is adding further production space in order to keep pace with growing demand. A new assembly plant with around 2.200 square metres of space under roof and 3.000 square metres of yard will shortly be completed.

This new facility will be predominantly dedicated to the company’s popular lifts on 3.5 tonne chassis including the best selling MX range.

The new Pagliero facility will build 3.5 tonne truck mounted lifts

Earlier this year Pagliero added 3,000 square metres of ‘overflow space’ to cope with the storage of chassis and finished machines, the volume of which has grown with production output.

The plant has been working at maximum capacity over the past 12 months turning out almost 850 machines with working heights of between 14.5 and 65 metres. Once all of the new production space is completed, together with some new automation equipment and processes, Pagliero will have the capacity to produce up to 1,500 units on a multi shift basis.

The Multitel MX range has been highly successful

Finally a much needed new office building is due for completion by the middle of next year, which will cope with the existing staff as well as new people the company is hiring.
When occupied the new offices will free up a further 1,000 square metres of space, most of which can be converted to manufacturing duties.
