The 19ft SJ3219
The new micros were launched in North America at last year's ARA, but are now in stock in Europe. The 13ft SJ3213 micro and 19ft SJ3219 micro have working heights of 5.9 and 7.7 metres respectively and an overall width of 810mm and an overall length of 1.5 metres. Platform capacity on both is 227kg and a 500mm roll out deck extension is standard equipment. The 13ft weights 869kg while the 19ft is 1,214kg.
Unlike the machines that the rear wheel drive machines that were made for Skyjack by Mantall, the new models feature AC electric front wheel drive motors, and a variable speed brushless hydraulic pump drive motor. Both models are low enough to drive through a standard doorway with the guardrails up at 1.9 and 1.99 metres respectively.

Options include ECOtray leak containment and bio-degradable hydraulic oil - which can also be added at the first oil change and telematics. The new models are said to be 90 percent recyclable.
Skyjack president Charlie Patterson said: "Skyjack takes pride in providing machine features that combine durability, quality, and serviceability. The SJ3213 micro and SJ3219 micro are no exception, earning the mighty micros moniker by improving productivity in tight spaces and reducing lifetime maintenance costs."
Mark Trowman, product development and project manager added: "The fully proportional E-Drive installed in the micro series improves controllability and provides consistent power, torque, and traction. This quiet and swift electric drive greatly improves productivity, giving the rental industry more for less."
