Sahalift adds to sales team

German sales company Sahalift has appointed Kristijan Ivankovic as regional sales manager for Southern Germany. In his new role, he is responsible for supporting existing customers in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg as well as expanding the company’s business in the region. The company opened news [41529](a new southern German branch) Giengen an der Brenz - between Stuttgart and Munich in 2023.

Ivankovic joins the company from scissor lift manufacturer PB Lifttechnik where he has been a key account manager for almost 10 years with the company. He began his career in 1999 in a sales role with roadside assistance club ADAC. After five years with the organisation, he moved to Vodafone to become a business development manager. In 2012, he became a partner in 4Forward, a sort of consulting and people development business, leaving after three years for 'software as a service' provider Kyota, but after a year in the business, he made his start in the access industry with PB.

Chief executive Yama Saha said: "We are delighted to welcome Kristijan to our team. His experience and motivation will be crucial in further strengthening our sales in southern Germany."

Sahalift is based in Langenhagen near Hanover and is the official distributor for Omme lift, Airo, Almac and Aichi. The business was established as Ommelift Germany, a subsidiary of the Danish manufacturer. But in 2020, managing director Yama Saha organised a Management Buy Out and changed the company name to Sahalift. See: Ommelift Deutschland MBO.
